Hi, I'm Megan!

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in working with women who have had (or are planning to have) weight loss surgery.

I've helped hundreds of women overcome emotional eating, finally embrace healthy, sustainable habits, and live their lives to the fullest! 

I live in NYC with my husband and my two children.

You'll often see me running around with a coffee in one hand (mama needs energy), an overpriced sushi order for my daughter in the other hand, and a smile on my face because I love everything about what I do as a mom and a bariatric dietitian!
